Mmm...this one is so smooth and silky. Aged for 18 months in 2nd year American and neutral French oak barrels, this wine is truly luscious.
Tasting Notes:
Smooth and silky tannins offer ripe plum and warm spice on the nose. As you taste, hints of anise and blackberry fruit prevail. Black pepper and bold tannins create a wonderful finish for this spicy Syrah.
Food Pairings:
Roast Leg of Lamb with mint sauce or perhaps a Pepper Encrusted Seared Ahi Steaks.
