CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP! Some pending orders can be canceled/changed but after an order ships, no changes may be made.
No problem. You will be prompted to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.
Once your Naughti Wines order has been shipped, you'll be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email. You can also enter your UPS tracking number below to track your shipment.
Your shipping rate will depend on where you’re shipping your wine to and how heavy your shipment is. Our shipping rates are calculated by our shipping provider, UPS, and represent the actual cost to ship your items (i.e. we do not up-charge for shipping). Click HERE for shipping options map.
UPS GROUND: Properly completed orders will be processed in 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Therefore you can expect to receive your order in 5-8 business days, depending on the final destination.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Properly completed orders received prior to 12pm will be processed the same business day (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). You can expect delivery 2 business days after your order is shipped.
Note: Please expect to receive shipping and tracking information 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
We'll replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. Therefore, we are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.
Please note that temperatures above 88℉ or below 32℉ are a danger zone for wine. Naked Winery SD may opt to hold on to shipments due to temperature and will send the wine when weather permits. Customers have the option to upgrade to 2 or 3 day shipping in order to keep the wines moving and to lessen the likelihood that they will be on trucks for long travel periods and/or stored in warehouses.
Please call us at 605-574-9200 or send an email to clubmanager@nakedwinerysd.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product, replacement of wine that was damaged or credit for wine that was ordered in error.
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
Law requires that someone 21 years or older MUST by present to sign for wine shipments. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign.
By placing an order, you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery, the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification. There will be a surcharge for this service from the shipping company and it will be passed on to the buyer. If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21 by the shipping company, the order will be returned to us and no refund will be given.
The package will be attempted to be delivered up to three times, after that, the package will be returned to us and the buyer will be liable for paying the original shipping charge and return shipping charge.
Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship alcohol outside of the United States.

The majority of our wines are hand-crafted by our winemakers, Peter Steinfeld, Alaina Waller and Tracey Thomsen. We very selectively source all of our grapes. We work with growers in California, Oregon and Washington State. We believe grapes should be sourced from vineyards that best express the unique flavors of the varietal. This means that we sometimes choose more than one vineyard to source the same varietal. Different microclimates provide different characteristics and that gives us the complexities we desire in the wine.
The grapes for our red varietals (Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Tannat, Tempranillo and Zinfandel) are orgasmically grown in the hot and dry Applegate and Columbia Valley regions of Oregon and Washington respectively. While our other varietals (Albariňo, Chardonnay, Muscat, Pinot Blanc/Gris/Noir and Riesling) benefit from the cool pacific marine layers of the Willamette and Illinois Valley's to produce subtle and complex wines. For more specific information about a particular wine’s appellation, see the wine’s product detail page.
Our wines are produced from 100% premium wine grapes sourced from Oregon and Washington. No artificial flavors are added in our wines. Bottles are approximately 25.3 fluid oz.
The average glass of wine (5 oz.) is 125 calories.
We recommend that you serve white wine at approximately 46-50°F and red wine at 53-57°F. You should store wine in a dark and cool place.
A common myth that many believe is that they can store red wine for years, no matter the varietal. In reality, only some red wines will last for decades in your cellar; most wine (an estimated 99%, according to some experts) doesn’t gain any benefit from aging, so you’re better off drinking these bottles within a few years.
