CLUB NAKED TERMS & CONDITIONS
You'll receive a selection of wines chosen by Naked Winery 4 times annually, in addition to your initial wine selection when signing up. Your credit card on file will be billed automatically for our quarterly wine club shipments, based upon the cost of the membership plan you've selected.
If it is necessary to cancel your membership, we ask that you submit your request in writing at least 2-weeks prior to the next shipment. Termination of membership may be requested following the receipt of 4 shipments. Please send your request to clubmanager@nakedwinerysd.com. Please note that if you fail to provide the required 2 weeks written notice for cancellations, or if you fail to notify us with address changes, the cost of shipping changes, including re-routes or returns, any additional fees we incur will be charged to the credit card we have on file. If you terminate your membership before receiving 4 shipments, there is a $100 early cancellation fee.
l As a Club Naked member, I'm at least 21 years of age. An adult 21 years of age or older MUST sign for wine deliveries.

l I will be automatically billed quarterly for the cost of the Club Naked membership I’ve selected & any applicable sales taxes & shipping charges. My account on file will be charged 1 week before each Club Month.

l My wines will ship during the first two weeks of each Club Month.

l It is my obligation to notify Naked Winery SD of any changes to my account 2 weeks prior to Re-routing and/or
- reshipping may result in additional charges.
- l I am committing to 4 Club Naked shipments. Cancellation prior to the fourth shipment will result in a $100 early
- cancellation fee.

l Membership automatically renews annually (unless we are notified otherwise).

l I understand that I am committing to one full year of consecutive wine club shipments (4 shipments), knowing that
- failure to receive all shipments may result in the chargeback of any discounts and privileges granted by Naked Winery SD.
By signing up for Club Naked online, I accept and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement as outlined above.
